Health Benefits. We offer a choice of deductible options for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. You and your eligible dependents have the security of a fully-featured PPO plan.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k). Our program offers tools for financial security planning through pre-tax salary deferral contributions. We match 70% of the first 6% of monthly contributions after the first year of employment. Our long-term goal is to match your monthly contribution 100%.
Paid Time Off. Our PTO program includes a new hire annual vacation entitlement of 5 days, 8 established holidays and personal/medical leave options.
Life & AD&D Insurance. We pay 100% of the premium for basic Life and AD&D insurance equal to your annual salary.
Long-term Disability. We pay 100% of the premium for LTD protection, including a return-to-work financial incentive.
Short-term Disability. We offer the option of coverage for disability based on accident or sickness.
Flexible Spending Accounts. Direct pre-tax income to an account that can be used to reimburse yourself for expenses not covered by traditional healthcare programs or expenses related to the care of a dependent.
