How to login to MyInfo

  1. Go to the main login page: myinfo.cotg.com
  2. On the main login page, you should see the following section:

  3. Enter your User Name (e-mail address).
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click the "Log In" button.
  6. If you are having trouble logging in: see "Forgot Password or Trouble Logging In" section.

Forgot Password or Trouble Logging In

  1. Login with your valid e-mail address and password.
  2. Click "Forgot password?" in the Login tile‚Äč.
  3. You will get the following popup window:

  4. Enter your User Name (e-mail address).
  5. Click OK.
  6. You will receive an e-mail with your new password.
If you receive an error, make sure you enter the correct user name (e-mail address), otherwise, please contact us so we can fix the issue.

How to Change Your Password

  1. Login with your e-mail address and the password you received by e-mail.
  2. Click your name in the "User settings" tile.

  3. The User Profile screen will display all of your contact information.
  4. Enable (check) the "Change password" checkbox.

  5. Enter your current password. (If you reset your password, please enter the temporary one here.)
  6. Enter your new password twice (once in New password, and once in Confirm password).
  7. Click "Save" to return to the main page.
If you received an error, please resolve by following the instructions to correct the issue and click "Save" again.

How to Switch Locations

  1. Navigate to the main page.
  2. Click the button with the ellipsis in the header of the main page.

  3. The Switch Location screen will display all locations associated to your account. The current location is identified with a green checkmark.

  4. Highlight and select another location by clicking on the name or address of the desired location.
If you receive an error, please resolve by following the instructions to correct the issue and click "Save" again.

What are the Different Tiles on the Main Page

  1. Search: Allows user to search the Customer Gateway for Equipment.
  2. Meters: Shows the number of meters due and total available for your equipment. Clicking on either the label names or numbers will display the Meter Reading page which lists the equipment requiring a meter read. Submission of meter reads can be done using this screen.
  3. Account Summary: Displays current account status information.
  4. Sales Orders: Various links to display the number of items described below. Clicking the link displays a screen with a detailed list supporting the line item.
    • "New Items" shows a list of items recently ordered.
    • "Picked Items" presents a list of items that have been picked and prepared for shipping.
    • "Shipped Items" displays the items that are in the process of being delivered for the last 30 days.
    • "Back Ordered Items" shows items that are not available in the warehouse and need to be ordered.
    • "Canceled Items" presents items that have been canceled.
    • "Newly Submitted Orders" shows orders that have recently been submitted.
    • "Orders" displays orders placed in the last 30 days.
    • "All Orders" presents a list of all orders that have been placed for your company.
    The "New Sales Order" button allows the user to place a new order. Orders cannot be shipped to a master account; a location must be selected.
  5. Equipment: Summarizes the number of devices for your company. Clicking on any of the label names or numbers opens a screen to show details supporting the line item.
    • "On Record" is the number of devices in the system based on current contract, equipment ids and service information.
    • "On Contract" displays the number of devices currently covered and/or maintained under contract.
    • "Off Contract" shows the number of devices in the system that are not currently included in a contract.
  6. Invoices: Shows the number of recent and total invoices.
    • "Recent" displays a list of invoices for the last 30 days.
    • "All Invoices" shows a list of invoices for your company.
    Clicking on any of the label names or numbers opens a screen that shows details supporting the line item. The History button displays a screen summarizing the total amount of Purchases and Payments by month. Clicking the Aging button provides a list of invoices and the time taken to process.
  7. Service Calls: Summarizes the number of calls placed for your equipment that were enterd via MyInfo, email or taken by phone. Click any of the label names or numbers to show the details of the line item.
    • "Pending" shows the list of outstanding service requests that have not yet been addressed, i.e. recent service calls.
    • "Scheduled" displays the list of calls in which a technician has initiated contact but requires further information to address the issue or needs to schedule time for a visit.
    • "Dispatched" presents a list of requests that have a scheduled time for a technician to come to your location.
    • "On Hold" shows the list of calls that are not currently being processed.
    • "Cleared" displays calls that have been addressed and completed.
    • "Invoiced" shows completed requests that have been invoiced.
    • "History" presents a list of all service calls.
  8. Moves: Shows the number of requests to move equipment from one location to another. Clicking the truck icon allows a user to initiate a new move request.
  9. MIF: Displays a list of "Mix in Field".
  10. User Settings: Displays the name of the current user who is logged in. Clicking the name opens the User Profile screen which allows for the update of personal information and to change password. Clicking the lock icon will log out the current user.

How to Log Out

  1. Return to the main screen that contains the User Settings tile.

  2. Click the lock icon to the right of your user name.
  3. You are returned to the main login page.
